Eurasia Partnership Foundation seeks a consultant or team of consultants to conduct an evaluation of EPF programs in the context of improving the organizational performance of non governmental organizations and community based organizations in Armenia.
The consultant(s) should identify models contributing to NGO sustainability, identify positive community change models produced by EPF programs and provide expert recommendations as to how these models can be integrated into EPF’s ongoing programs.
Eligibility:
Any type of organization, individuals or group of individuals is eligible to bid. The core team of the consultants should have competence in:
•Conducting field research in the sphere of social sciences;
•Program evaluations in the field of NGO organizational development;
The consultant (s) should be fluent in Armenian and English and should be able to submit the final report in both English and Armenian.

Ten young filmmakers from Armenia and Turkey participated in the Armenia-Turkey Cinema Platform (ATCP) workshop held in Istanbul on April 12-13, 2012 on the sidelines of the 31st Istanbul International Film Festival. The participating film projects, five per country, were handpicked by the ATCP pre-selection committee from among 35 applications.
